Did a lot of shopping today at your Kingsthorpe Northampton store.....one item was damaged ..went to take it back with receipt..the under manager attended to me ...such a rude bad tempered man , he was shouting at the staff..totally out of control, said to me "where is your pen" to sign the refund slip..I said I dont have one ...started shouting at staff, they said he is always like this ... .. he gave me a pen that didnt work..he was red with rage ... slammed the refund down... everyone was looking at him...Come on Aldi don`t employ tossers like this ..they will destroy your business. We certainly will not be visiting your Harborough Road Kingsthorpe Northampton store again and neither will any of my family and friends ..this is NOT customer service.
